🛬 Day 1: Arrival in Chitral

Pickup from Chitral Airport or arrival by road

Free time to explore the bazaar or Chitral Fort

Overnight stay in hotel


🚙 Day 2: Drive to Harchin or Sor Laspur (via Buni)

6–7 hour scenic drive to Laspur Valley

Stopover at picturesque spots and riverside villages

Overnight stay at guesthouse or camp in Harchin


🥾 Day 3: Trek Begins – Harchin to Laspur Base Camp
