Pastore Peak Expedition – A Hidden Alpine Jewel Near K2, Gilgit-Baltistan

Pastore Peak (6,209m) is a stunning yet lesser-known mountain located near the Baltoro Glacier, in the mighty Karakoram Range of Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. Towering close to the world’s second-highest peak, K2, Pastore Peak offers an unforgettable expedition filled with raw beauty, technical climbing, and panoramic views of the Gasherbrum Massif, Broad Peak, and Trango Towers.

This expedition is perfect for climbers aiming to train for higher altitudes while experiencing the heart of the Karakoram. Day 01 – Arrive Islamabad. Meet our staff at airport. And  They will bring you to the hotel.

Day 02 – Fly to Skardu, transfer to Skardu hotel.

Day 03  Drive to Askole By 4×4 Jeeps

Day 04 – Trek to Jhola. (3,170 metres / 10,400 feet). We enter Karakoram National Park and trek past a slope filled with garnets and cross a lovely bridge.

Day 05– Trek to Payu.

Day 06– Trek to Urdukas. (3,950 metres / 12,959 feet). Camp amongst grass and lovely giant boulders, with amazing views of the Great Trango Towers.

Day 07 – Trek to Goro II

Day 08 – Trek to Concordia .

Day 09 – restv Day At Concordia

Day 10– Trek to Broad Peak Basecamp.

Day 11 to 15 Climbing at Pastore Peak.

Day 16– Trek Ali Camp 

Day 17– Cross Ghandoghoro Pass (5600m) and trek down to Khuspang.

Day  18- Trek down to Saicho camp Summer village

Day  19 -Trek to Hushe village and Drive to Skardu by jeep.

Day  20- Fly Back to Islamabd Or drive to Chilas in case of flight cancelation.Day 21 -Rest Day at Islamabad or Drive to IslamabadDay 22 -Transfer to airpor and fly for sweet home.
