🗺️ Route & Approach

Start Point: Gilgit or Islamabad → Karimabad → Passu

Trek Start: From Passu village (2,500m) via the Batura or Lupgar valleys

Base Camp: Established at around 4,500m

Climbing Route: North or West Face — includes glacier traverses, seracs, ice walls, and steep ridges

Due to the lack of detailed route history, this climb is for exploratory, experienced mountaineers and alpine-style expeditions.

Phase 1: Arrival & Transfers (Days 1–6)

Islamabad arrival and permits

Domestic flight or drive to Gilgit/Passu

Rest and gear prep in Passu

Phase 2: Trek to Base Camp (Days 7–12)

Trek via Batura Glacier or Lupgar route

Acclimatization and camp setup

Phase 3: Climbing Period (Days 13–32)

Establish Camps I–III (dependent on route)

Route fixing, load ferries, summit push

Buffer days for weather and safety
